The Bartram Choice Implementation Grant is an 8-year grant, awarded in 2023 and will run through 2031.

3. wHAT will the Bartram Village Housing plan entail?

Bartram Village will contain one OFFSITE - Phase one location located at 2639 S. 58th Street developed by Pennrose Development. Bartam Village ONSITE Phases 2-5 will be developed by Gilbane Building Company. We anticipate that each phase will take about 18 months to complete.
