During the first half of the workshop, Oak Street Health will introduce us to all of the programs, services, and events that they offer, from blood pressure screenings to line dancing! The second half of the workshop will be focused on the Bartram Choice Neighborhood Plan. We will bring you up to date on the progress so far and share the preliminary vision and goals.
